Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lifegloria.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Unused and in original condition.
Returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included materials.
Free from damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.

LifeGloria reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the shipment.

Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, LifeGloria will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, LifeGloria will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LifeGloria is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
