High-Speed Rotor-Stator Homogenization – The OH301 Handheld Homogenizer uses rotor/stator technology with a speed range of 8,000–30,000 rpm and a max linear velocity of 6.3–14 m/s, generating strong shear force for laboratory dispersing, emulsifying, and homogenizing.

Wide 0.1–250 ml Processing Range – Includes a standard 10 mm rotor/stator probe for 1–250 ml samples. An optional 5 mm probe handles 0.1–50 ml samples, and a 7 mm probe is also available. Detachable probes make cleaning and sample changeover easy.

Stepless Speed Control & Reliable Power – 160 W input / 110 W output power, max viscosity 5,000 mPas, and noise ≤72 dB(A). Stepless speed regulation allows precise control. Start at the lowest speed and gradually increase to the desired level.

316L Stainless Steel & PTFE Construction – The probe is made of 316L stainless steel with a PTFE sleeve bearing. Clean after every use, disinfect with compatible solutions, or sterilize by autoclaving (121°C) or hot air sterilization (160°C). Never run the probe dry.

Complete Lab Set with Stand & Clamp – Includes the OH301 main unit, 10 mm standard probe, stand and clamp, operating instructions, and warranty card. The stand holds the homogenizer securely. Immerse the probe at least 20 mm below the liquid surface and keep at least 10 mm from the container bottom. 12-month warranty.
