1. Return Eligibility

  • All products purchased directly from Litepack’s official store are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and tags, and must not be used or damaged.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Litepack Customer Support to initiate your return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  5. Ship the item back and retain the tracking number for reference.

Once Litepack receives your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 7–10 business days.
